Review of Avocado Mousse at Chia Vegan Restaurant by littleredmushroom

This presentation made me laugh actually because it was so over the top with this empty little cup on the plate "pouring" out the fruits. The mousse was divine, however I'm not sure about the choice of green apples to surround it. The little drips of mango sauce on the plate suited me better ! The brown sugar floss was a sight but I didn't eat it. Overall it's yummy but it looks pretty weird....maybe I don't understand fine dining but I would have preferred a mousse in a cup and a spoon to dig in !
