Seasoned Corn Ribs

These were really good. There’s a lot of butter sauce but most of it melts into the bowls so the ribs don’t feel too oily. To me, they needed a little extra seasoning but I just added that. I don’t mind adjusting salt and heat. I’ll buy these again for sure.
