Review of Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative - So Delicious Dairy Free by kyu

Usually I’m very fond of coconut #yogurt, but this one was not as good as I remembered. The flavor wasn’t bad: slightly tart and not overly coconut-y; I disliked the separated, grainy consistency, though. Stirring couldn’t save it; it took a lot of fresh berries (and later granola) to distract from the textural issues. It’s a shame that this yogurt isn’t better on its own, as it’s one of the most accessible and easy to find in supermarkets. Going forward, I’ll most likely use it for cooking or baking applications only.
