Review of Very Veggie Burrito at Burrito Beach by superswede

Was searching for vegan food during my 7 hour delay at Chicago Airport and finally found some at Burrito Beach.
I had the Very Veggie Burrito. The ingredients felt very fresh, the grilled vegetables flavorful and complemented well by the black beans and sweet corn. But maybe I’m spoiled with the fake meat protein alternatives because I felt that was what was missing.
For many this would probably have been enough. Fresh and flavorful and felt healthier than a usual fake meat burrito.
The margarita was super sweet but I’m not mad about it ☺️
