Review of Rein pflanzlicher Pastagenuss - Simply V by saechsine
The vegan Parmesan has the crumbly consistency of real grated hard cheese and also smells cheesy when you open the bag. However, it has hardly any flavour of its own, maybe a little salty. I can't define it exactly. I'm not that convinced for the price.
