Review of Eggplant and Cha Soba Bowl at Sister of Soul by hannibal

probably the most ordinary meal i've had so far from sister. the bowl is filled with crispy tofu and eggplant, fresh tomato, green beans, shiso and coriander with warm green tea noodles, brought together with fermented black bean and spiced black vinegar dressing, and finished with fried shallots and red chilli. it lacked punch compared to their normal bowls and there was a doleful hunt to find any tofu, i think there were three pieces in the entire bowl and i ended the meal wondering where do i get my protein... it's super healthy, but they have better tasting nutrition bowls. #veganeasychallenge
