Review of Gulai Fish at Warung Ijo by aishahalattas
Coconut based gravy with seaweed and soy based mock fish, long beans and eggplant. The gravy had just the right consistency and spice level and they were really generous with the amount of ‘fish’ and vegetables too! At first I thought it was quite pricy for what is quite a humble homely dish, but for the portion size that can easily feed 3-4 people, I’d say it’s justified. Would recommend this as an accompaniment to rice 😋
