Review of Il gustosino - Valsoia by potplant

Buonissimo!!
Best vegan cheese you will find in Italy (in a normal supermarket if you're lucky).
It's soft and you can eat it cold or you can put it in the microwave and let it melt 🥰
I had this cheese in vegan crêpes and they were wonderful. I'm really happy I finally found a vegan cheese that has some protein in it, it's the best soy based cheese I've found so far.
