Review of Lion mane karahage at Saute Sushi by plantbasedlifestyle

Interesting concept, using one of my favourite mushrooms to mimic chicken karage. Lion Mane mushrooms are known for their 'meaty' texture and hence this dish did not fail in texture. However, I must admit that having tried chicken karage before, the latter still tasted better cos more fats were used. That said, I wouldnt look back at my non-vegan lifestyle again just for the taste. Animals > Tastebuds :)
