The mushroom pasta is vegan & although stated as creamy it’s made from soy rather than milk. Looks great! So colorful. Added $2 extra for the truffle oil. Only bad thing was the angel hair pasta was not cooked to Al Dente! It was eating Mee kia, our local noodles!! 2 stars down just for that!
