Time to celebrate the official arrival of summer with some ice cream!!

Mercadona sells this soy-based ice cream, mango with raspberry swirl throughout. The mango flavor was sublime and the tart raspberry a nice contrast. It is double the price of their dairy ice cream at around 4€ for the tub. #kimberleepower #refugiotheanimalacademy #pridemonth
