Surprisingly amazing pancake mix! I used baking powder instead of an egg, soy milk, and added cinnamon. They turned out fluffy and had a great flavor. They were a little sweet (I’m not sure if it was the mix or the soy milk I used) but we liked it a lot. 1 bag made enough pancakes for 6 people. This was the cheapest and one of the only vegan mixes at Walmart. 💲20 MXN ($1 USD)
