Really original dish 😊!! I think I never tried something like this but it looks good. 

Indeed. I never would have thought to combine peking duck with scallion pancake. But it turned out so delicious 🤤

This is the best thing I’ve tried at Working Amazing. I reckon they use the same “meat” for the duck and popcorn chicken, but the scallion pancake is top knot ! It is so flaky and buttery, and the hoisin plum sauce is amazing.
