A big juicy portobello mushroom with crunchy batter, tucked between toasted sourdough buns alongside fresh greens and vegan mayo. Definitely one of the best portobello mushroom burgers I've eaten! The batter-dipped fried cauliflower side tasted like a healthier yet equally addictive version of tater tots or hashbrowns!
