Peek at my attempt at a Taiwanese-style fried chken cutlet! For this product in particular I find it really important that you marinate it after cooking it on a pan unless you're just eating straight then cook it with the seasoning of your choice. Otherwise it's like cardboard! 😬 #veganin2020
