Review of Mozzarella Style Shreds - Daiya by anistavrou
I always use this vegan cheese when I make pizza but lately I am using them in super quick and easy homemade pizza rolls! I used crescent rolls for the crust (either Pillsbury or Immaculate brand), with vegan pepperoni (I tried Yves and Sweet Earth Pepperoni), marinara sauce and vegan mozzarella. Fold them all into the triangle dough and put them in a muffin tin, bake according to crescent roll instructions. They were delicious!!
