Ritter Sport

I tried making an avocado 🥑 chocolate mousse 🍫 with this and it turned out pretty good! The 74% gave it a nice more intense chocolate flavour. I made this for my friends when we had our vegan picnic at Botanic Gardens last week and they liked it. I included a photo of the process. The avocado 🥑 taste was still there. It became like an acai bowl with the blueberries and walnuts.

Recipe:
3 avocados 🥑
60g dark chocolate 🍫
Maple syrup to taste
Soy milk for texture
Nuts and fruits for decoration (I used walnuts and blueberries)
Extra chocolate pieces for decoration

1. Melt dark chocolate in microwave. It may look like it is still a bar but stir it and see if it is melted.
2. Blend avocados with dark chocolate in blender. Add maple syrup to taste depending on how sweet you like it. Add soy milk to smoothen according to your texture preference.
3. Keep in freezer for 1-2 hours then fridge (I still need to experiment more with this. I left it in the freezer overnight and it became very hard and I just kept it outside to thaw for a few hours).
4. Decorate if you wish with nuts, fruits, and/or leftover chocolate.

Whoa, first time writing a recipe I think. #veganisnotscary 👻

herbimetal Ah we are in different parts of the world. My omni friends were so sweet to make a vegan picnic for me. This chocolate mousse was sort of their birthday cake because two of them have birthdays this month and I didn't want to spend money on a readymade cake.1 likeReply
