Review of Golden Oolong Oat Latte at LiHO TEA @ Tanjong Pagar Center by yamspotatoes

The oat milk was smooth, though the contrast with the sweetness of the pearls below was quite pronounced (even at 30%). But it was a good pearly drink for afternoon tea. (LIHO should make shorter straws though...)
