It’s a luscious silky Greek yoghurt with a tinge of coconut flavour. But the greatest thing about this product is that you can harvest the vegan cultures from it and make your own yoghurt using the mylks of your choice. I tried with coconut milk, soy milk and almond milk. They worked! And the process goes on from the new batch of homemade yoghurt. This jar costed me $15 but it’s a one time payment for a lifetime supply of vegan yoghurt. 😎
