Great way to get your omega 3! I love that there are vegan options out there for this now. These pills are small and easy to swallow, and there’s no fishy or seaweed taste. My only complaint is that I thought I was buying a paper zero-waste bag but it’s actually heavily lined with plastic so boo to that.
