Review of Pan-Fried Impossible™ Gyoza at EMPRESS by lesk

The impossible goyza was one of the starters selected for my 4 course vegan dinner. It was so good, the crispness of the goyza skin and the ‘meatiness’ of the impossible meat made the dish the highlight of the meal. As the 4 course dinner can only be ordered with minimum 2 people, we got a choice of 2 starters and we chose another dish as the other starter, one bite of the impossible goyza and we wished we ordered 2 portions of it instead. The vinegar that came with the goyza was of really good quality too, it was very flavorful, with just the right amount of tanginess. All in all, an outstanding dish!
