Review of Cauliflower Mac - Sweet Earth by mynameislisa

This product isn't macaroni made of cauliflower--its Mac and cheese with large pieces of cauliflower mixed in. As you can see, it doesn't resemble the picture on the box, but it will do in a pinch. And it needs a pinch or two of salt, too. But I appreciate Sweet Earth getting in the plant-based game relatively early.
