Review of Vegan Pho with Brown Rice Noodle at NamNam - Plaza Singapura by herbimetal

So nice to have vegan pho 🍲 reminds me of my time in Hanoi. A nice big portion for regular bowl. I feel the quality can be better though, I liked the pho I had in Hanoi very much. The soup can be thicker with a stronger flavor. Would happily swap out the mock meat for more mushrooms, tofu and tofu skin, which was very yummy. Would’ve appreciated more ingredients overall - veggies, protein and mushrooms since it costs $10.90. The ingredients themselves are yummy, though the mock meat isn’t too impressive. I ❤️ the spring onions in the soup and the Vietnamese veggies. So happy to see them serve vegan options here and hope they can make this one even better.
