I wanted something healthy and tasty, and this hit the spot. It’s a pretty big portion and has a really tasty creamy dressing. There’s some roasted peanuts in the salad which gives it a nice crunch. Not filling enough for a meal, but pairs nicely with one of their main dishes if you’re really hungry!
