Review of Tofu Benedict at Swells Bowls by kaylabear

This is a nice meal that’s filling and quite tasty. There’s an English muffin on the bottom that’s very spongy, with cooked spinach, vegan ham, tofu, and vegan hollandaise sauce on top. It’s served with a side of kale salad and a few potato wedges. It’s quite a realistic Benedict although I thought the sauce could have used a bit more flavour.
