Textured soy ham
Textured soy sausage
Fried tempeh
Grilled tomato

Served with mustard.
Friend said that the texture and taste of "ham" and "sausage" mimic the actual one.
I don't eat sausage n ham even before vegan. Tried real sausage once. This taste much nicer then the one I had before.
Prefer the tomato to be grilled longer. Love the juice from overgrilled tomato.
The tempeh is thin and crispy. 👌🏻
The shitake was lightly sautéed. N9t overcooked.👏🏻
