Review of Cheddar Style Slices - Daiya by vikas

Ok so these were so much better than the Daiya Swiss slices! I made my favorite #minimalistbaker brown rice and black bean burger again and tried these slices that my mom brought over to Singapore 🇸🇬 from New York. I love playing around with the best way to melt these slices and find that giving them a couple of minutes to soften and then throwing a bit of water on the side of the pan and putting a lid on does the trick.

Overall I’m still debating whether this stuff makes me crave the real stuff or if I’m better off not using it at all!
