You can choose fillings for the deep fried burrito, the only vegan option is pan fried veggies. Didn't like the filling in the fried burrito very much, the broccoli and potato was kinda bland and didn't feel like it belonged in a burrito. The dish originally had sour cream and aoioli but they did not have vegan options for this, adding guac cost an extra $3. The Mexican rice, pico de gallo and guacamole were pretty nice.
