Review of Fusion Veggie Platter at Lu Valle Commons by kienna

Fusion is located in Lu Valle Commons at UCLA, and offers fusion dishes of various cuisines that can be catered to your preferences. They have build-your-own plate options which are pretty vegan-friendly, with sides such as brown rice, black beans, veggies, tofu, and an assortment of sauces. I got the Veggie Platter, which lets you choose 3 sides, a sauce, and a bread for about $7. For my sides, I got broccoli, corn succotash, and a vegan pesto pasta salad, with their pita bread and hummus. All the ingredients were super fresh, and everything was really healthy as well. The hummus was a bit watered down, but that was my only complaint. All the food was pretty cheap, too, so I was happy! #UCLAVegBruins
