Review of Roasted Beet Bowl at In Common by kaylabear

One of their daily specials. Most things on their menu can be veganized (on the menu itself it says to ask staff for vegan options!!!) and this is one that was easily veganized (swapped the chicken and feta for tofu). A huge portion size, quite filling, with beets that are perfectly roasted and a bowl with rice and leaves that are dressed all the way through. Would definitely get this again.
