I really loved this dish at #candlenut in #singapore. Baby eggplants stir fried and served with a delicious plant-based gratin. This was a simple dish I really need to learn how to make at home because it was delicious and just a couple of ingredients! Candlenut has an entire vegetarian #peranakan menu and most of the stuff can be veganized!
