My idea of a comfort meal is a big bowl of ramen loaded with flavours and this bowl of soupy goodness at The Fatty Bao is precisely that. Assorted mushrooms, renkon chips, scallions, broccoli and smoked sweet corn in a beautiful garlicky mushroom broth, this ramen is a perfect meal for one and never disappoints.
