Review of Ginger Kelp Noodles at Beaming Organic Superfood Cafe: Del Mar by ecogoddess

As a zero waste vegan, I rarely get to enjoy things like kelp noodles or even specialty sauces and tofu because of the packaging they come in. My goal is to reduce waste and if that means sacrificing some foods that will lead to more waste in the landfill which hurts the animals and the earth, I have no problem.

So.... when I do get kelp noodles and they are prepared in such a delicious way, it is the BIGGEST treat!!!!

Here's what's in this beauty: kelp noodles, broccoli, carrots, ginger, miso, coconut aminos, sesame, cashew & teriyaki sesame almonds served with a ginger cashew dressings. Basically, I could eat this for every meal and not complain. Love love love love love.
