Review of Vegetarian Hot & Sour Soup at Shisen Hanten by vikas

I've never had a bad meal at Shisen Hanten. A lot of their signature dishes can be made vegan, and this time we tried the Vegetarian Hot & Sour Soup and they made it without eggs. It comes in a beautiful white ceramic pot with a tea light that keeps it hot the entire meal, and the flavors are truly hot and sour! A great vegan starter in this beautiful restaurant at the top of the Mandarin Orchard.
Tip: if you want a great view go during lunch. Reminds me of lunches at the Four Seasons in NYC!
