Review of "Chicken" and Waffles with Tempeh Bacon at Sparestore 士啤士多 by kaylabear

The "chicken" is battered, baked tofu. The waffles came with pure Canadian maple syrup and tempeh bacon. There was some sautéed kale on the side with a "honey" mustard sauce. Great American diner food, healthy/vegan style!
