An open flatbread (can choose between wholewheat and buckwheat) with spiced chickpeas, sautéed cauliflower, avocado purée, red cabbage, cashew sauce, and nutritional yeast. You can add extra toppings for $15HKD such as portobello mushrooms or kale. This place is a wonderful, relaxed hangout for brunch and one of the few places in HK that offers completely recyclable food packaging and elaborate sorting stations.
