Review of Vietnam House Bean Curd at Vietnam House Restaurant by akm

My favourite at the restaurant and the best dessert I have eaten in a while! A generous bowl of house-made silken tofu is served with warm ginger syrup, sago pearls & coconut milk. The dessert was light and in perfect balance – melt in mouth soft tofu with an intense ginger syrup flavour and soft, creamy coconut milk to top it all making it a guilt-free indulgence!
