Oh my goodness this shredded “cheese” is awesome! It particularly shines when you allow it
to melt on your food. It starts out kind of dry in its raw form, but it melts perfectly. I used it on my seasoned black beans and it added a wonderful zip. I already thought that bean recipe was perfection, but this added a slightly-spicy creaminess very much like standard pepperjack.
Honestly this is the best vegan cheese I’ve tried so far. I’d love to try it on pizza and nachos.
