I was never a huge fan of fish, but I did love a bit of

smoked salmon from time to time. This was a bit carroty at first glance, but didn’t taste like it at all. Not too fishy, but just enough of a salmon taste with the freshness of a vegetable. I loved this so much, and it was lovely with some cream cheese on a bagel!

This vegan ‘salmon’ was pretty decent. It felt like salmon and the taste was pretty

close.
I feel that it could do with a little more kelp and smoke.
Other than that, it worked pretty well with the creamy Not Salmon pasta that I made. Topped with Lightlife Smart Bacon.
