ice creams and in my opinion this one stands above the rest! It is SO creamy, rich, luxurious tasting, bursting with clean vanilla flavor that will delight your senses. It has a very slight soy undertone which in opinion is actually a positive thing. The ingredients are mostly organic and simple ingredients like organic soy milk, cane sugar and other normal stuff. It is really the most heavenly vegan ice cream I have found anywhere, and the price is a STEAL compared to other plant based ice creams which tend to be quite expensive.
Note that it tends to get pretty hard in the freezer, so I simply warm the entire carton in the microwave for 20 seconds or so after removing it from the freezer before serving, to get that smooth and creamy texture.
Goes great with strawberries, chocolate sauce, bananas, or whatever other toppings you like on ice cream. In fact, you can make your own flavors by blending this ice cream with other flavors of your choice, in a food processor! I’ve made mango and pineapple flavored ice cream, by blending vanilla soy creamy with mango pulp, or pineapple pulp.

a milk shake using West soy (palm oil free) soy milk and crushed chocolate chip cookies then drizzled the glass with chocolate syrup and topped the shake with coconut whipped cream. So yummy.
