This is probly my favorite gluten-free gnocchi from Trader Joe’s (the other two are sweet
potato and cauliflower), partly because I can actually taste the kale; partly because I often like to make it with broccolini 🥦, and the two flavors go together well.
They also hold their shape (and chewiness) pretty well. I only wish this was organic.

Without sauce they taste a lot like kale (which I like, but there are people
that don’t), but once they are covered with marinara sauce and vegan Parmesan these gnocchi taste almost like the potato ones, just a little bit harder. #vegangnocchi
