Grainless Cassava & coconut tortilla chips

I decided to give these chips a try and I was happily surprised at the taste. I enjoyed eating them as is but I also paired it with a mild herb vegan cheese and it was also good. Has a nice mild seasoning and I love the hint of coconut. #veganuary

The taste is amazing, full of flavor, crunchy. Just add some TJ  jalapeño sauce , or any other sauce and enjoy it! #tierradeanimales

Absolute perfect for an entree with salsa. I also take with me on my hikes as a snack. The problem is to stop eating :) — they are delicious. You can also break them up and put on top of your salad for crunchiness.
