What makes a great bagel? According to Chef Google: "A good bagel should have a

dark crust with a dense, chewy interior ... it shouldn't be too bready or too flat". I would add that a great bagel doesn't contain animal products, is inexpensive and is readily available, making it convenient to purchase. Thomas' plain bagel hits all the marks, making it a great choice. #abillionlove

Another one of those accidentally vegan products. I would like to pretend that I don’t

have one of these almost every morning but I do😅 with avocado or peanut butter and pumpkin seeds on top. Bomb😋

There’s that clip from Despicable Me 2 where the little girl says “it’s so fluffy!”

that popped into my head while eating this. It’s like a perfect pillow cloud! I went with plain so I can go sweet or savory, and spruced this up with some everything bagel seasoning on top. Glad to know Thomas makes more than delicious English muffins. #veganin2020

These are listed on several Vegan blogs as an accidentally Vegan approved item. The listing

does not list any may contain non vegan ingredients such as milk or eggs. These soft bagels are my go to for breakfast lunch sandwiches. Hopefully they just make the commitment to stay Vegan by wearing the vegan approved stamp by vegan org or just putting the no animal derivatives stamp on their products to make it official, soon.
