I wasn’t sure what to expect - but I’ve been very impressed with this cheese
alternative. Used it in a risotto and sprinkled on top of pasta - and it’s pretty good!! 💚🌱

Great option for mozzarela cheese. Normally I melt with a bit of vegan double cream
so It turns into a type of cheese from Brazil called "Catupiry" 😋

This is an okay alternative to Parmesan... some of the other alternatives can be really
expensive so I'll stick to this for now

Delicious alternative, used it to top off my vegan mushroom ‘meat’ balls and spaghetti -
would buy again to use on top of pastas, ratatouille etc. It has a scent of coconut but it’s not sweet tasting, lovely!

This is alright on top of pasta for more taste and texture. I’m positive a
brand could come out with a better Parmesan alternative than this, but this ones certainly better than the Violife one.
Would buy again if I was making a dish where I really wanted Parmesan, but this is pricey at £2 for a half full bag.
