Simply V now added curd substitutes to their product lineup. I have to say, I

don't think I will buy them regularly. The packages are simply to small and not very practicable to eat right out of it. The taste was okay, but nothing special.

The light quark alternative from Simply V is already creamy and has a slightly sour

taste, similar to cottage cheese. The nutritional values are quite good. The quark does not contain as much fat as other products.

My mom likes it, but in my opinion it tastes disgusting. Weirdly sour. The package

is definitely more plastic than necessary and almonds aren't super enviroment friendly.
