This had me intrigued and left me feeling perplexed. Now, I do enjoy the taste.
It's quite neutral and just a tad bit sweet. I think you could still use it in soups and sauces and it wouldn't make the dish sweet. It would be great in cereal and smoothies.
However, it has more calories, more sodium, and less protein than Silk Unsweetened. It's maybe slightly more creamy, but barely. So for me, I can't see it being worth trading it out. I'm not quite sure who it's marketing. But anyway, the taste is nice if ya wanna give it a try.
