consistency I did add some nature valley oat/ grains I’d definitely recommend!
made sure to try a bit before using the rest in a pound cake. My preference is coconut or soy but it is tasty and the consistency was good. It is a little thinner than most coconut yogurts but not gloopy at all. The vanilla flavor is nice. It was a bit sweeter than I expected.
