I absolutely love ❤️ this brand of vegan yogurt! It's a plant-based coconut blend that

is a great choice for diabetics and those who watch their consumption of sugars and carbs. It's thick and creamy like a Greek yogurt. If I feel it's not sweet enough for my palate, I can just add a little monkfruit, stevia, or agave syrup and it won't spike my blood sugar. Average carbs per 5.3 oz container is 12g or less. Available flavors: peach, vanilla, strawberry, mixed berry, toasted coconut, and cinnamon & vanilla.

Okay the color looks weird but it definitely tasted better than it looks. Their yogurt

is thick, creamy, and nicely smooth. The flavor isn’t too strong or weak it doesn’t overpower the “yogurt” and that’s why I enjoy it so much. It’s not too sweet either and it’s a great source of protein and probiotics. I highly recommend adding hemp or chia seeds to give it that extra nutrient boost.

I was happy to see that they finally jumped on board to the plant-based yogurt

since the Icelandic style was my favorite. It's the creamiest and has the lowest sugar of flavored I've seen.

This yogurt was a nice surprise. I love the exotic flavors they offer. It’s very

creamy and not too sweet. I would prefer it more firm but that’s just my personal preference. Great for a quick breakfast or dessert.
