Plant Based Mediterranean Roast

I had heard good things about this roast so thought I’d give it a try.  I didn’t love it myself as I am not a big fan of capsicum and could taste that throughout.  Overall it had old school meatloaf vibes.  My 7yr old didn’t like it as it had a slight spice that was too much for her.  If you like capsicum, it could be a good option!

High protein, delicious and savoury, and studded with bits of capsicum. Also fortified with a bunch of Vitamin B's, zinc and iron! Perfect for lunches and dinners. Normally $7.80 for a 400g roast.
