In addition to a free 2-pack of PetitPot oatmilk chocolate pudding (check out my review

here), Partake paired up with them and included a coupon for a free box of their cookies.

As I had never tried their cookies, and only peripherally noticed them, I did some investigating and found they have “crunchy” cookies and “soft baked” cookies. As I’m more a fan of soft baked ones, I decided to test and review them here.

These cookie butter flavored soft baked cookies are decent. They are firmer than LiveGFree’s gluten free chocolate chip cookies, yet still could be classified as soft.

Taste-wise, they remind me of ginger bread or graham cracker tasting cookies, although towards the end, I was able to pick up the buttery flavor in them. I usually prefer something in such a cookie to contrast the base flavor, but these were okay with a hot drink.

There are 5 servings of 3 cookies in each box. Each serving provides 150 calories from 7g fat, 21g carbs and 1g protein. Ingredients include gluten free oats, grape juice, milled flax meal and a really pleasant spice blend. The company is located not too far from me, in NJ.

As I could not find any soft baked Partake cookies in Whole Foods, I went to Target, where these were the only soft baked Partake cookies available. I do hope the stores expand their holdings to include more soft baked flavors.

At Target, these are regularly $4.99, but I received them for free with the coupon. However, the Target app can give you a 20% discount this week, until tomorrow.

these were a LOT better than the other cookies i tried from them. very chewy

and tasty. i shared them with my mom and dad and asked for their feedback. my mom, who has celiacs, said it was typical of gluten-free cookies but then she asked for another one. my dad said they were good. there's a slightly salty aftertaste and they have a lot of packaging but tasty. i will put them to the coffee dunking test in the morning. #cookiemonster #cookies #sweettooth
